Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation, Yoga  lifestyle, and Stress management.

  • Aid you in preparing to enter a Yoga class by assisting you in developing flexibility and body awareness.
  • Develop a practice to aid you in reducing stress
  • Adapt a practice for you by modifying the poses
  • Support you during each trimester of Pregnancy, with Pre Natal modifications, And, assist you through the Post Natal months
  • Individual and Group sessions for Children
