MEDITATION

It is believed that meditation preceeded the practice of Yoga postures. Meditation cultivates a Clear & Compassionate mind. The mind is always multitasking. Meditation replaces all the mind chatter, the "so called urgencies" and ego based thoughts with a Quiet  Peacefulness. Energy, clarity, and calm focus are restored.
